Dan's background by profession is a nurse and he currently works as a psychotherapist.  He understands the need for "Me-Time" in a world that has many demands and stresses, for that reason Dan created The Massage Room, York.​

 

Influenced by his massage training in swedish bodywork, sports and balinese massage (when traveling in Bali itself).  The treatments are  mindful rituals for anyone who needs some "me-time" ​All bodies are welcome here and I invite anyone from the LGBTQ+ community to come. ​I believe and support diversity and I hope to provide a safe place for all.

The Massage Room is based at Tower House Business Centre and is located in the historic Fishergate area of York, directly south of the City Walls, on the east bank of the River Ouse. 10 minutes walk from the City Centre and only 5 minutes by taxi from York station.

Because of this Dan can offer late evening appointments. The location is perfect for a massage after work, the gym or anyone visiting York.
